Why are there three steps?

When will I see results?

How long should I use the Anti-Dandruff Protocol?

Do I need to use all three products together?
The products can be used separately, but the expected results are based on using them together. The complete protocol provides more comprehensive support by addressing visible flakes, excess sebum and scalp imbalance at different stages of the routine.
Both the serum and the pre-wash contain alcohol. Will they dry out my scalp?
No. Both products contain a carefully balanced amount of alcohol, which is needed to dissolve and evenly distribute Piroctone Olamine and the essential oils. The formulas also contain hydrating ingredients, including glycerin, propanediol, lactitol and xylitol, to help maintain scalp hydration and comfort. Both finished formulas have been dermatologically tested and classified as non-irritating. They absorb quickly without leaving a greasy or sticky residue on the scalp or roots.
